Between The Lines
"Between The Lines" has been in existence since 1999 and has since become a home for musicians, who create contemporary music and are distinguished by openness, curiosity and joy in playing (together). And they avoid both the jazz clichés as well as the hermeneutics of new music.
The musicians on "Between The Lines" represent a generation of artists, who do not let themselves be limited by traditional genre classifications: James Emery, John Lindberg, Gerry Hemingway, Franz Koglmann, Bill Dixon, Gebhard Ullmann, to name just a few.
